WHAT IS A PROFESSIONAL ORGANISER?
A Professional Organiser is someone dedicated to supporting and empowering clients on the journey from disorganisation and clutter, to clarity and order.
They provide information, products and /or assistance to help clients meet their organising needs.
A professional organiser will guide, encourage and educate clients by offering support, focus and directions.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Give me a call!
I'll schedule a time that is convenient for you for a FREE, NO OBLIGATION consultation. These consultations usually only take about half an hour.
This will give you the opportunity to meet me, and for me to get a first hand look at your situation.
Together we can identify what's working, what's not working and why. It also gives me a chance to determine how long I anticipate the job will take and exactly what it will entail.
If you're happy to go ahead, we can then schedule a date and time for the project.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance payable on completion of service.


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST AND HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR ORGANISING SERVICES?
The total cost of a project can vary from client to client. Time spent on a project is based on individual needs. Time is billed by 15 minute blocks and there is a one hour minimum charge.


HOW DO YOU HANDLE ORGANISING PROJECTS?
I tailor my services to accommodate your style, needs, budget and schedule.
I come prepared with the tools and supplies we will need for each project.
I take a hands-on approach working side by side with clients, assessing the area, identify solutions, clear and organise the space and then create a system to maintain and keep it organsied.
I always try to work with organising products and supplies you have on hand before suggesting the purchase of additional products.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET ME ORGANISED?
There is no set answer as each organising project is different, Depending on the size of the project, and a clients needs, a project can be split into several organising sessions.


WILL YOU MAKE ME THROW THINGS AWAY?
No! Only you can make the decision whether to throw items away. I will guide you in the right direction to declutter your home and offer alternatives.



WHAT SHALL I DO WITH THE THINGS I NO LONGER WANT?
Depending on what it is, I am happy to deposit or organise the collection of any items you no longer want or need to any local charitable organisations in your area.


WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
ORDER IN SUBURBIA is located in Forest Lake, Brisbane and services areas within a sixty (60) kilometre radius. Travel fees are incurred if a client is located outside of this radius.
